Orders & delivery. When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details (such as the products purchased) so we can fulfil and deliver your order.

Payments. We do not take card payments on this website. You pay on delivery, in the showroom, or by bank transfer, so we do not process or store your card details online.

Showroom & phone enquiries. If you visit our showroom or call us, we may note down contact details and enquiry information you give us in order to help with your order or question.
